The camp in Rondane demands that you are in good shape. Whereas our other camps have a daily routine of one morning activity and one afternoon activity, Rondane’s treks stretch the entire day.  This means, some days we go on a full day of hiking tour with only a brief stop for lunch. Many of these hikes are in fairly challenging conditions, above the treeline.  On other days we may have bus transfers to get to our destination, but we won’t return until late in the day. At Rondane, campers will get a chance to visit a traditional mountain farm as well as a climate park, where they can venture inside a glacier to learn about climate change. However, most of the camp involves hiking. Several days will be hiking in the stunning Rondane national park and learning about its unique flora and fauna
